West Downs - The Heritage Resort, Ooty

I enjoyed my stay at this resort spa, with the beautiful lake and botanical garden close by providing a tranquil escape. The rooms were nice, although they lacked proper ventilation, which was a bit of a downside. The service was attentive and accommodating, adding to the overall pleasant experience. It's a good value for money, even if the dining was a bit basic.
